Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

We believe that our patients are partners in their journey to better health. Quality, personalized care and exceptional service are our commitments to you and to ensure that we can meet your expectations and achieve your healthcare goals it important that you attend scheduled appointments and that they begin on time. Effective treatment cannot be rushed which means that we are unable to see patients arriving more than 10 minutes late for an appointment and, as our clinic has reserved that time for you, the standard fee will apply.

Please note that we require 24 hours notice for a cancellation. If you must cancel on short notice the appointment fee will still apply unless we are able to fill the booking from our patient wait list. We often have a cancellation list - so please call us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled time.
